O'zbekcha: App Store va Google Play'dagi Gynsum ilovalari hech qanday shaxsiy yoki sog'liq ma'lumotini yig'maydi, saqlamaydi va hech qayerga yubormaydi. Barcha javoblar va natijalar faqat foydalanuvchining qurilmasida hisoblanadi va saqlanadi. Ilovada ro'yxatdan o'tish, reklama va kuzatuv (tracking) yo'q. English: The Gynsum apps on the App Store and Google Play do not collect, store on any server, or transmit any personal or health data. All answers and results are calculated and stored only on the user's device. The apps have no accounts, no advertising and no tracking. The research section below applies only to the website (browser) version.

Tadqiqot haqida ma'lumot / About the research
Maqsad / Purpose: klimakterik davrdagi ayollarda klimakterik alomatlar, jinsiy salomatlik va ruhiy holatni o'rganish (TDTU Termiz filiali, talabalar ilmiy ishi). / To study menopausal symptoms, sexual health and emotional state in perimenopausal women (student research project, TDTU Termez branch).
Procedures: a short intake questionnaire and one or more standard questionnaires (Greene Climacteric Scale, FSFI, HADS); about 3–7 minutes each, 10–20 minutes in total; one-time participation.
Risks: some questions concern personal topics (sexual life, mood) and may cause discomfort. You can stop at any time; incomplete questionnaires are not sent. No directly identifying information is requested.
Benefits: an understandable result and a summary to show your doctor. No payment; the app is free.
Confidentiality: anonymous answers are sent over HTTPS to a Google Sheets spreadsheet accessible only to the research team; not shared with other parties or used for advertising.
Voluntary participation and withdrawal: participation is voluntary; the questionnaire does not start without consent. To withdraw your data later, send your participant ID (shown under each result) to gynsum.sumbulla@gmail.com.

- Tasodifiy anonim ishtirokchi raqami (masalan, P-4K9XQ2). U faqat sizning qurilmangizda saqlanadi va bir kishining turli so'rovnomalarini bir-biriga bog'lash uchun ishlatiladi.
Yig'ilmaydi: ism, familiya, telefon raqami, manzil, email, joylashuv, fotosurat yoki shaxsingizni to'g'ridan-to'g'ri aniqlovchi boshqa ma'lumot. Ilova ro'yxatdan o'tishni talab qilmaydi.
Rozilik

Saqlash va xavfsizlik
- Javoblar shifrlangan (HTTPS) aloqa orqali tadqiqotchining Google Sheets jadvaliga yuboriladi. Jadvalga faqat tadqiqot guruhi kira oladi.
- Ilova Netlify xizmatida joylashgan. Hosting provayderi texnik jurnallarda IP-manzilni qayd etishi mumkin; tadqiqotchi bu ma'lumotni so'rovnoma javoblari bilan bog'lamaydi.
- Google va Netlify serverlari O'zbekistondan tashqarida joylashgan bo'lishi mumkin.
- Ma'lumotlar 6 yil davomida saqlanadi, so'ng o'chiriladi.
Ma'lumotlaringizni o'chirish

Privacy Policy (English)
Gynsum is a questionnaire app for scientific research on women's health. It contains standard questionnaires on menopausal symptoms (Greene Climacteric Scale), sexual function (FSFI) and anxiety/depression (HADS).

Data collected: general questionnaire answers (age group, marital status, menstrual status, pregnancies, etc.), item scores and calculated results for each questionnaire, submission time, and a random anonymous participant ID (e.g. P-4K9XQ2) stored only on the user's device and used to link one person's questionnaires.
Not collected: name, phone number, address, email, location, photos or any other directly identifying information. No account or sign-in is required.
Consent: data is sent only after the user ticks the consent checkbox on the start screen. Consent is required to begin. Incomplete questionnaires are not sent.
Use: research purposes only, analysed in aggregate. Individual answers are never published. Data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties.
Storage and security: answers are sent over HTTPS to a Google Sheets spreadsheet accessible only to the research team. The app is hosted on Netlify, which may log IP addresses in technical logs; the researcher does not link these to answers. Servers may be located outside Uzbekistan. Data is retained for 6 years and then deleted.
Deletion: your participant ID is shown under each questionnaire result. To delete your answers, send this ID to gynsum.sumbulla@gmail.com.
